    • Choose the subject/domain you want to focus on: User Experience (UX) in a specific field, UX research, accessibility best practices, user testing (different types of tests, user interviews on a product or service), interface design (from wireframes to final mockups), information architecture (principles of cognitive psychology for structuring and presenting information), etc.
    • Determine your objective for this training.
  1. During the training :
    • Introduction to the chosen subject and its UX challenges
    • Exchange with participants about their experiences and potential difficulties related to UX design and possible solutions.
    • Presentation of examples and case studies to understand good and bad UX practices.
    • Practical exercise(s) carried out on a fictitious case or the real work case of your choice.
