Executive coach, trainer, and speaker

Bachelor’s degree in Psychoeducation, holder of a Master’s in Business Administration, and President of ASM Consultants, Anne-Sophie Michel draws her expertise from years of intervention, training, and coaching with at-risk populations, notably at the Philippe-Pinel Institute in Montreal and in Mistissini with Cree educators.

After holding middle and senior management positions in a government organization in Nunavik, as well as a project coordination role in the health and social services network, Anne-Sophie developed a passion for the human side of change management and for creating a methodology that blends technical expertise with human considerations.

During the pandemic, she significantly enhanced her skills in organization, planning, crisis management, ambiguity handling, adaptability, and flexibility, making her excel in managing ambitious and high-stakes projects. She recently earned her PMP certification.

On a personal level, Anne-Sophie has traveled solo to several countries, putting her resourcefulness to the test. She also gives back to the community by serving on three boards of directors, one of which she chairs.

Today, through ASM, she equips and supports businesses and individuals to remain both high-performing and, most importantly, human. She also shares her passion for coaching, teaching, and skill development through training sessions, workshops, discussions, and conferences.
