Virtual meetings are now part of everyday work—but they don’t always mean efficiency or engagement.
This training provides practical methods and collaborative tools to improve the quality of interactions, structure participatory meetings, and enable smoother, more productive remote collaboration. Participants leave with practices they can apply right away in Zoom, Teams, or Meet meetings.
Training objective
Enable participants to master the principles and tools of digital collaboration in order to optimize interactions and co-creation during virtual meetings.
Facilitators, managers, trainers, meeting hosts, or anyone who collaborates remotely using platforms such as Zoom, Teams, or Meet.
