Managing conflict situations can be very time-consuming and emotionally draining...
This training will help you familiarize yourself with conflict situation analysis, intervention methodologies, and the different direct and indirect conflict management strategies that can be applied in the workplace.
To facilitate the assimilation of these theories, participants will work in small groups on a case study during the second part of the workshop.
Participants will leave with a clear methodology for analysis, strategies, and tools that can be immediately implemented in their professional reality.
Part 1: The Theory (90 minutes)
Part 2: Developing an Intervention Plan: Case Study in a Collaborative Workshop (90 minutes)
Participants are invited to work in small groups on a real-life case to identify the best approach and strategy based on the given context and chosen objectives.
In groups, participants will define their intervention angle and engage in a short writing exercise to put the concepts learned in the first part into practice.
At the end of the workshop, each group will present their intervention plan, including their choice of approach and strategies, to the entire cohort.
This training is aimed at professionals, team or project managers, HR specialists, business leaders, or anyone seeking to acquire practical skills to prevent and resolve conflicts in their professional environment.
