Jiana Saad is a teacher, speaker, certified trainer, neuroscience practitioner, author, and founder of the BAM program (Move, Learn, and Eat). She holds a bachelor’s degree in vocational education and a master’s degree in management. Jiana is also a certified emotional intelligence trainer from the HeartMath Institute and is EQ-i 2.0/360 certified.

As an emotional intelligence practitioner, she promotes self-awareness by helping individuals understand their emotions, triggers, and reactions.
