Description And Objectives

Artificial intelligence is already transforming the way product, UX and digital teams explore ideas, design interfaces, test hypotheses and collaborate with developers. With the rise of AI-assisted prototyping tools and vibe coding, it is now possible to move more quickly from an idea to a mockup, prototype or proof of concept.

However, these new practices also raise important questions: when to use them, with which tools, how far to go without creating technical debt, how to collaborate with developers, and how to maintain a good level of quality throughout the process.

This training offers a concrete and practical approach to understanding the possibilities of AI within product teams, distinguishing between different types of deliverables, identifying the right use cases and integrating these tools into a realistic workflow.

Through examples, a substantial demonstration and an accessible hands-on exercise, participants will learn how to use AI to prototype faster, test ideas, formulate better requests and collaborate more effectively with other stakeholders.

No programming skills are required. However, participants should be familiar with design processes, product management, digital projects or collaboration with development teams.

Training Plan

  1. Understand the new uses of AI within UX, product and digital teams
  2. Distinguish between a prototype, mockup, proof of concept, internal tool and production deliverable
  3. Identify the right use cases for UX profiles: exploration, user journeys, interfaces, testing and iterations
  4. Identify the right use cases for product leads, product managers and product owners: framing, prioritization, validation and documentation
  5. Choose the right tools based on the need, technical level and expected type of deliverable
  6. Write better prompts to move from a vague idea to a usable prototype
  7. Watch a concrete demonstration of prototyping or vibe coding applied to a product case
  8. Experiment with a guided hands-on exercise accessible to non-technical profiles
  9. Understand the limits: quality, security, technical debt, maintainability and risks of confusion
  10. Integrate AI into a collaborative workflow with designers, product leads and developers

Target Audience

This training is intended for professionals involved in designing, improving or managing digital products, services or projects.

It is particularly relevant for:
