Description And Objectives

Change is not only inevitable, it is accelerating. The ability to manage it effectively has become critical for leaders and organizations striving to thrive. Change management involves guiding, equipping, and supporting individuals through these transitions. To do this effectively, it is crucial to understand how people react to change, in order to foster engagement and maximize results.

This training will enable participants to:

  • Understand the influences affecting mindset, reactions, and resistance to change.
  • Explore the role and responsibilities of the change leader in effectively guiding the process.
  • Apply practical tools to support individuals through the change process and ensure sustainable results.

We will explore how change impacts the brain, why it triggers resistance, and how to manage these reactions to better facilitate the change process.
