In this comprehensive two-day course, participants will acquire the necessary knowledge to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and its underlying principles. Participants will also learn and practice the skills needed to support and execute PI Planning events and to coordinate multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
Participants will gain a better understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset, why it is so effective in today's market, and what it means to lead a Lean-Agile transformation. They will also learn how to create and support agile teams and programs, empower a Lean portfolio, create a culture of continuous delivery pipeline and development, and coordinate large solutions. Participants will develop a set of in-demand skills worldwide - and empower their companies to succeed in a volatile market.
At the end of the course, participants will be eligible to take the SAFe® 5 Agilist (SA) exam and receive a one-year certified membership as a SAFe® Agilist upon passing the exam.

Michael is also an experienced speaker who has served as a keynote speaker at various corporate events related to project management.
With a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal, Michael has received several certifications in Agile and Classical project management.
